General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TicketEasy platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. TicketEasy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. -
Guidelines for Platform Usage
Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts or purchasing tickets. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or termination. Users agree not to misuse the Platform. -
Third-Party Links and Search Results
The Platform may display links to external websites or third-party content. TicketEasy is not responsible for the content, security, or policies of third-party websites. Users access external links at their own risk. -
Prohibition of Unauthorized Platform Use
Users must not:- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers.
- Interfere with the Platform’s operation.
- Engage in data mining or resale of platform content.

Consequences of Terms Violation
Violations of these Terms may result in:- Account suspension or termination.
- Blocking access to the Platform.
- Legal action, if required.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by TicketEasy and protected by applicable laws. Users may not copy, reuse, distribute, or modify Platform content without written permission. -
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:- Upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
- Violate local laws or event rules.
- Interfere with other users’ experience.
- Engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
- Attempt to disrupt Platform performance.

Accepted Payment Methods
TicketEasy accepts:- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Secure digital payment methods (region-dependent)

Ticket Pricing and Fees
Ticket prices are determined by the event organizer. Additional fees may apply, including service charges, payment processing fees, and taxes, depending on the event and location. -
PLATFORM FEE (10% — NON-REFUNDABLE)
NEW POLICY (Integrated as requested) All tickets purchased through TicketEasy include a 10% Platform Service Fee, calculated from the final ticket price. This fee covers:- Payment processing
- Platform infrastructure
- Customer support
- Security and operational costs

Ticket Availability and Inventory
Ticket availability is controlled by the event organizer. Inventory may change at any time without notice. TicketEasy is not responsible for sold-out events or inventory discrepancies. -
Identity Verification for Credit Card Purchases
To protect users and prevent fraud, TicketEasy may request ID verification, payment card verification, and additional security checks. Failure to provide verification may result in cancellation of the order. -
Age Verification at Licensed Venues
Certain events require age verification at entry. Users must present valid identification when requested. Failure to meet age requirements does not entitle the ticketholder to a refund. -
Ticket Delivery Method
Tickets may be delivered via Email, SMS, or QR code inside the TicketEasy wallet section. Users are responsible for providing correct contact information. TicketEasy is not responsible for missed or undelivered tickets caused by spam filters, wrong emails, or user mistakes. -
Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled or postponed: the event organizer is fully responsible for determining refund eligibility; TicketEasy will notify customers on behalf of the organizer; refunds, when approved by the organizer, exclude the 10% non-refundable TicketEasy fee. -
Exchanges and Refunds
Unless stated otherwise by the organizer, all ticket sales are final. Refunds (if permitted) will be processed only to the original payment method, exclude the 10% TicketEasy Platform Fee, and follow bank processing timelines. -
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their TicketEasy account. TicketEasy may retain certain data for legal, security, or operational compliance. Once deleted, account data cannot be restored. -
Artist Lineup & Program Changes
Artist lineups, set times, and event programs are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds unless explicitly stated by the organizer. -
Entry Scan = Proof of Attendance / Ticket Usage
Once a ticket QR code is scanned at the venue entrance, the ticket is considered fully used and is non-refundable under any circumstances. -
Payment Authorization Confirmation
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they are the authorized cardholder (or permitted user), approve the transaction, understand and accept refund/non-refundable fee policy, and understand that ticket transfer rules (if any) are controlled by organizer policy. -
Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraudulent Claims
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without valid legal grounds may result in permanent account suspension, blocked platform access, evidence submission to payment processors/financial institutions, and legal action where applicable. TKTHOUSE reserves the right to provide transaction evidence including timestamps, delivery logs, IP/device/browser fingerprint data, QR issuance/scan logs, and account/checkout activity logs. -
Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)
TKTHOUSE shall not be liable for cancellations, disruptions, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, public health emergencies, civil unrest, security issues, venue shutdowns, or other force majeure events. -
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKTHOUSE’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket excluding the non-refundable Platform Fee. TKTHOUSE is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. -
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their TKTHOUSE account. TKTHOUSE may retain certain data for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational compliance. Once deleted, account data cannot be restored. -
Data Collection & Marketing Communication
TKTHOUSE may collect and store user information including name, email address, phone number, billing information, IP address, and device/browser data. This information may be used for order processing, ticket delivery, customer support, security/fraud prevention, account management, and marketing communications. By using the Platform, users consent to receiving transactional and promotional messages from TKTHOUSE and affiliated event organizers. Users may opt out of marketing communications where applicable. TKTHOUSE does not sell personal payment information. Any data sharing with third parties is limited to payment processors, event organizers, legal authorities, or providers necessary for platform operation.
